When coping isn't the same as thriving.

When life looks fine on the outside, but you're navigating the weight of it all, on the inside.

Here we offer a discreet space beyond your roles, for the person behind the professional responsibilities, where you can pause... reflect... and focus on yourself...

The Space

Located within GATHR in the heart of Sydney CBD, at 309 George Street, Sound Minds Mental Health & Wellness Therapy offers a private, contemporary and comfortable setting for counselling and psychotherapy. The thoughtfully designed rooms provide a calm space away from the pace of work and city life, with privacy and confidentiality carefully maintained throughout your experience. A discreet, premium environment where you can pause, reflect and focus on yourself.

The Experience

For those who carry a significant mental and emotional load while continuing to appear as though everything is under control, having a space that exists entirely outside of work and family can be invaluable. Sound Minds provides confidential, judgement-free support for professionals navigating stress, change, relationships, grief, anxiety, overwhelm or simply the weight of continually holding everything together. A place to step out of your roles and responsibilities, and have space to think, feel and reset.

There is no wrong time to invest in your Mental Health

This is something nobody tells you

about therapy.

You don’t have to be falling apart to benefit from it.

Often the people who get the most out of it are often the ones who come in before the crisis — building the emotional resilience, self-awareness, and relational skills that mean they're not starting from zero when life gets hard (and it may).

Working Together

I work with people navigating anxiety, stress, relationship difficulties, trauma, grief, and patterns they'd like to understand and shift - including the quieter ones like drinking, or overspending.

My approach is integrative and evidence-informed. This means I draw on a range of research and science-backed approaches during our sessions for the best outcome.

The way we work together will depend on you - some people benefit from practical, solutions-focused approaches; others find more value in creative or narrative ways of exploring their experiences.

Often it's a blend of both.

More than any single technique, I offer considered, unhurried attention - space where you can think clearly, feel honestly, and make sense of what's actually going on.

If you're not sure whether you're in the right place
Get in touch.
That uncertainty is often the place to start.
