NERVOUS SYSTEM REGULATION

Safe & Sound Protocol™ (SSP)

A science-backed, sound-based listening therapy to retune stress-reactivity & overwhelm, linked to trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD & Autism

(6 week program)

If you've ever felt stuck - not just emotionally, but physically -  like your body is braced for something even when life is calm, the Safe and Sound Protocol may be worth exploring.

The Safe & Sound Protocol™ (SSP)

NERVOUS SYSTEM REGULATION

It is not talk therapy.

It requires nothing of you except to listen to specific modulated music.

The SSP is a clinically validated, neuroscience-informed listening program developed by Dr. Stephen Porges, the researcher behind Polyvagal Theory. It uses specially filtered music to send cues of safety directly to the nervous system - helping to shift the body out of chronic states of stress, threat, or shutdown.

Who It May Help

The SSP has shown benefit for people experiencing anxiety, chronic stress and burnout, trauma and PTSD, sleep difficulties, sensory sensitivities, depression and low mood, difficulty with focus and concentration, and feelings of disconnection or emotional numbness.

It is suitable for adults and children, and works well alongside other therapeutic approaches.
