Feeling mentally, emotionally and relationally fit to manage what life brings, means less floundering, faster recovery and better endurance
PREVENTIVE MENTAL HEALTH
Therapy isn't only for people in crisis.
This is something nobody tells you about therapy. You don’t have to be falling apart to benefit from it.
Increasingly, the people who seek it out are functioning well by most measures - and they come because they want to stay that way. To build genuine resilience rather than just manage.
To develop the emotional flexibility and mental health fitness that holds up under pressure, not just when life is calm.

Most people don't think about their mental health until something breaks. Preventive Mental Health is the alternative to that. You don't start training the week before the marathon.
Preventive Mental Health is the ongoing training - clearing the clutter, building the capacity, developing the literacy - so that when crisis comes, you're not starting from zero.
Preventive Mental Health is 'proactive resilience training' - doing the inner work now, so your nervous system, your thinking, your emotional responses are already trained and clear when life hits hard.
This is the emerging understanding of mental health - less about treating illness, more about building capacity. The inner equivalent of looking after your physical health before something goes wrong.
What is Preventive Mental Health

Preventive Mental Health (PMH) Program
The PMH Program is more structured than open-ended therapy but more personal than a course or workshop
Most therapy starts with the problem that brought you in. The PMH Program starts with the whole picture.
Over 12 sessions across three months, we use the Pillars of Wellbeing framework to map every dimension of your life — from your sleep and nervous system, to your relationships, your sense of purpose, and your history. Then we work, together, on what the map reveals.
How it works
What To Expect
The 12 sessions:
Session 1: Intake + full 20-pillar wellbeing assessment
Session 2: Your Wellbeing Map - reviewing findings, identifying priorities
Sessions 3–10: Focused clinical work on your highest-priority pillars
Session 11: Integration - connecting the threads, consolidating change
Session 12: Review + updated Wellbeing Map + your ongoing self-care plan
This isn't a course with a fixed curriculum. The 20-pillar framework shapes the assessment - but your map determines the work. No two programs look the same, because no two people's lives do.
It's also not open-ended therapy with no clear destination. You'll know what we're working on, why, and how we're tracking progress.
What Makes It Different
Who Is It For
This program suits you if:
You want structure, not just open-ended sessions.
You're functioning, but know something needs attention.
You've done therapy before and want to go wider and deeper.
You're at a transition point and want to take stock.
You want to understand yourself more fully - not just fix what's broken
