The SSP doesn't require you to sit in a therapy room for hours. The listening happens at home — on your couch, on a walk, wherever feels comfortable — at your own pace, across 5 weeks. No appointments for that part. No commuting. No scheduling pressure.
What the 6-week program fee covers is everything around the listening that makes it work: the initial in-person session where we conduct the clinical intake, the platform license, and the integration support that helps your nervous system consolidate what it's processing and a follow-up in-person integration session, which is followed bya further 5 weeks of optional integrated listening.
